Recherche d’hôtels − Phu Tho

« Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor. Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service. »

« I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. « We were the only guests so im not shure that kitchen was 100% working, Could maybe have had more breakfast alternatives, but as i said, great staff »

« Cook top

The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

« Paysage magnifique et accueil plus que parfait ! »

« We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The complimentary bikes made it easy and enjoyable to get around, and the atmosphere was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were fortunate to experience a traditional dance performance at the resort, which was a real highlight, and seeing the fireflies in the evening made the experience even more memorable. The location was absolutely stunning and provided...
